I had a health check on Thursday during the diagnostic appointment and then booked in the work that had been identified. I was surprised when additional items were discovered during the health check less than a week later.

Every step of the process provided peace of mind, I arrived to find I was expected, I was warmly welcomed, everything was completely on time and to my satisfaction. One of the most refreshing things was availability of appointments, ?? for eveything.

The customer service by Ben was first class. The courtesy car was very poor. Dirty seats which meant my wife had to wash her jacket when we got home This is not we have come to expect from BMW.
